Teresa Y. Warren
President

Before founding TW² in 1992, Teresa was an in-house marketing director for a large San Diego law firm where she gathered extensive knowledge about the legal system and legal services. She also worked for several years in agencies servicing clients in various industries, including a major New York based financial institution and multiple real estate entities. In total, she has more than 28 years of experience working in the areas of marketing, media relations/visibility, public relations and training.

Teresa has been honored with a SAM award from the Building Industry Association for a print brochure she created for a major homebuilder. She is also quoted as an expert in professional service marketing and is the author of several articles on various marketing and media issues.

A strong believer in giving back to the community, Teresa has served on several boards and committees of non-profit organizations. She currently serves as a director of the San Diego County Bar Foundation. She also mentors young professionals who are seeking careers in marketing and/or starting their own business.

Jennifer is the founder of award-winning Whitelaw Marketing, Inc., which after eight years in existence was acquired by TW² in 2007. Her experience in marketing, research, advertising campaign design, public relations and film & video production helps her guide clients toward realizing their marketing objectives.

Her industry experience includes real estate, banking/financial services, arts/entertainment, non-profit and professional services firms. Jennifer's work has earned her an AMY award from American Marketing Association, an Emmy award from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and a Telly award.

Jennifer served for several years on the board of Urban Land Institute San Diego/Tijuana District Council, as president of Citizens Coordinate for Century 3 and as a member of the Downtown San Diego Partnership public facilities committee. Through her professional and educational experience, she has extensive knowledge about real estate, sustainable design and sustainable practices.

Renee has worked in public relations and marketing since 1991. Known for her creative approach to assist clients in expanding their public relations, investor relations and marketing communications, Renee has worked in house for several large corporations.

Renee has held senior level positions at Countrywide Financial Corporation, AMN Healthcare and Esquire Court Reporting. In these positions she was recognized for improving corporate relationships with Wall Street and enhancing her executive teams’ credibility in the investment community. Renee’s experience also includes international development and urban planning. She has worked for The Roston Company, City of Carlsbad and Town of Danville. She also worked for several years in the banking industry.

Renee has served on the board of directors and as president of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

Elizabeth Velic
Account Manager

Elizabeth joined TW² in July 2010 after starting and running her own virtual assistant business. Elizabeth also worked as an educator for the San Diego Unified School District as both a special education teacher serving kindergarten through third graders with severe disabilities and as a first grade teacher in the general curriculum.

Elizabeth utilizes her strong organization skills in overseeing much of the day-to-day operations of TW² as well as managing many of the administrative details for clients.

Sarah Austin
Account Coordinator

Sarah contributes her extensive knowledge of social media and her excellent writing skills to the TW² team. Also a full-time student, Sarah is currently finishing her final year at San Diego State University.
